I wanted something a little extra for our BBQ yesterday. We had our usual suspects, BBQ pork ribs, baked beans with beef brisket, coleslaw and last but not least...marinated grilled shrimp! It was pretty tasty. I marinated ours for an hour, but the flavor was a bit weak in my opinion, I expected a flavor with more punch. Next time I will let the shrimp sit in the marinade for at least 2-3 hours before grilling.
