Brunch at Cafe Muse in Royal Oak, MI

I love this place. I've been here several times, but have yet to write a review. Today's the day. This past weekend I went for brunch and the food was great per usual. It's a small, cute place right in downtown Royal Oak. Parking can be a bit of a task, so I recommend using a parking structure and walk over. There was a bit of a wait, but I expected no less. They are always busy as they are a pretty popular spot in the area. We were party of 2 at 1pm and there was a wait of about half hour. Enter to win a $50 gift card to The Morrie here ! The space was very eclectic featuring musical decor all around. The space is open and modern with the exposed ceiling beams. It also has a slightly modern vibe, which I found very aesthetically pleasing. The food was just amazing. I had the The Nashville Hot Chicken and Waffles. The chicken was a nice thick cut of chicken breast, cooked perfectly. The waffles were crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. It was topped with a sweet cinnamon butter compound and served with a side of syrup. The savory and sweet combo was excelle...
